Description

10/1/24 - This is a near-mint example of a Colt Commando issued to the US military in 1942-43. All matching with a US military "flaming bomb" proof on the left side of the frame. Chambered in .38 Special with a 2 inch barrel. It has retained nearly all of its parkerized finish, but there are a few very light surface scuffs here and there and some light spotty oxidation on the cylinder. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips. Mint bore.
