Description
10/7/24 - This is an excellent example of a Walther PP manufactured at the end of the war in 1945. This is a GI mismatched gun put together by an American GI at the very end of the war. It has no proof marks, indicating it was never issued and never made it out of the Walther factory. It properly has no slide legend and has an "ac" Walther factory code on the right side of the slide. Fitted with late-war wood grips with a few phosphate small parts. It comes as a rig with an earlier tan leather Akah holster, one standard wartime magazine, and one scarce end-of-war phosphate "W" marked magazine. The gun has retained nearly all of its original finish with just hints of high edge wear and a few tiny surface marks along the slide. Mint bore. The hold open does not work properly with either magazine.Specifications
