Description
9/30/24 - This is an original example of a very rare Walther Model 3, one of only ~3,500 ever produced. These pistols were introduced in 1913 and only sold for a few years. This one is matching and "Crown N" proofed. It's original bluing rates about 93-94% with general high edge wear and thinning on the back strap. While there isn't a ton of actual finish loss, there is spotty oxidation on the slide and small spots with small pits here and there - most noticeable on the back strap. Fitted with period-correct bakelite grips - repaired hairline crack on the left side. Comes with one proper magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.Specifications
