Description

10/30/24 - This is a near-mint example of a Walther PP issued to the Nazi military in 1943. All matching with the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs on the slide and frame. It has retained nearly all of its wartime finish with just hints of high edge wear and some tiny dimples in the metal on the left side of the frame. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips. Mint bore. Comes as a rig with a black leather Akah holster and a wartime magazine. The closure strap on the holster has been reinforced with glue. It appears somewhere took an authentic Akah holster and tried to stamp it with an NSKK marking on the top flap. This stamp is faint and not original. Some faint handwriting on the inside of the holster as well. The magazine shows some minor casting flaws.
