Description

10/16/24 - This is an excellent example of an AC 42 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. All matching with the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs. Fitted with correct brownish bakelite grips and comes with an un-proofed magazine. The gun's finish rates roughly 95% with splotchy discoloration on the front strap. The finish on the slide and barrel has that blackish "Russian dipped" finish. However, the small parts on the inside are in the white (would normally be black on a refinished gun). So it's hard to say if this one has been refinished - it has been priced accordingly. Most of the bore is shiny with strong rifling, but there is some very light freckling in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
