Description

10/9/24 - This is a beautiful, near-mint example of a Walther Model 9. All matching numbers. The SNs for the Walther 9 started at 410000, so this pistol is a Type I and was likely made in the first year of production (1921). Correct plain, flat bottom unmarked magazine with 5 witness holes. The gun has retained nearly all of its original finish with just a couple of tiny dots of wear on the front strap. Fitted with the proper black bakelite grips with the medallion. The bore has great rifling, but unfortunately there is noticeable spotty surface oxidation.
