Description
10/15/24 - This is a nice example of a first-generation Colt Single Action Army revolver from 1920. All matching, 5.5 inch barrel, and chambered in .45 Colt. Fully functional with a smooth action. Its original finish rates roughly 80-85%. Most of the gun has a high polish blue, but the frame is case-hardened. There is some dulling and patina on the back strap, some small dots of discoloration along the ejector rod tube, light spotty oxidation with pin-pricking on the top strap, some areas of thinning on the frame, and some spots of splotchy discoloration on the cylinder. Fitted with nice, period-correct Colt hard rubber grips. Mint bore.Specifications
