Description

10/29/24 - This is a very nice example of a Sauer 38h issued to the Nazi police force during WW2. All matching with the proper police "Eagle C" marking on the left side of the trigger guard. This is an early variation with a high polish finish and a checkered magazine release. It comes as a rig with one proper magazine (the magazine is numbered on the spine and matches the gun) and an excellent period-correct police holster - visible Nazi ink stamp on the inside. The gun's original finish rates 93% with muzzle wear and some light spotty wear on both sides of the slide. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips. Excellent, shiny bore.
