11/26/24 - This is a rare Chinese-contract Canadian Inglis Mk I* High Power. All matching with two Chinese characters on the left side of the slide. Tiny import mark on the left side of the frame. It comes as a rig with one proper "JI" marked magazine and a minty 1945-dated wood stock (the gun is a bit of a tight fit when it's inside). The gun's original black enamel finish rates about 92% with general high edge wear, muzzle wear, some very light pin-pricking on the grip straps, and some small dots of wear on the front strap. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips. Excellent, shiny bore.
