3/28/25 - This is a factory-nickeled Smith & Wesson .38/44 Heavy Duty Revolver from early 1956. It has a nickel finish, 5 inch barrel, and checkered Walnut grips. Its finish rates about 96-97% with light flaking around the muzzle and on the left side of the frame. Light surface scratches throughout. Excellent, shiny bore with great rifling.
