4/2/25 - An unusual Spreewerk manufactured in early 1944 with a neat factory error. Spreewerk was known for a variety of mis-stampings all through production, and this pistol is a good example. The 'cyq' code on the frame is stamped upside down. This has been noted on several pistols in and around this letter block. This one rates at about 85% of the finish remaining, with most of the wear being in the area of the grip strap. Excellent bore. Excellent, correct Posselt grips. The decocker works. Includes a correct JVD marked magazine. The slide gets a bit stiff when pulling it back.
