4/11/25 - This is a scarce, first issue Colt Detective Special, manufactured in 1934 and chambered in .38 Special. All matching and has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its original bluing. The majority of the finish loss is on the grip straps where there is also some minor patina. Some areas of pin-pricking and a few very light surface scratches here and there. Fitted with correct hand-checkered wood grips. Minty bore.
