Description

5/1/25 - This is the rarest of all the army issued Mauser HSc's! In 1941, Mauser ceased production of the model 1934 in favor of the HSc, and some of the first several thousand procured bear the same proofs as the model 1934 - Eagle/655 on trigger guard and the army test proof on the grip tang. There were only 3,000 of this variation produced, with said markings and high-polish blue finish. This one has about 94% of its original bluing left. The majority of the finish loss comes in the form of spotty wear on the left side of the muzzle. Some light, somewhat scratchy wear on the grip straps. Mint bore. Very nice grips, but the colors don't match exactly. Comes with a period-correct magazine with a Mauser banner.
