5/6/25 - This is a nice example of a P38 manufactured by Spreewerk in September of 1942, only the second month of operation as the plant was just getting started making pistols. It is all matching with the proper 'Eagle 88' proofs. It has retained about 92% of its original finish with even wear to the high points and grip strap. Correct early Walther grips and two correct early 'Eagle 88' proofed magazines. 1943 holster with the correct light brown belt loops for this maker. Minty bore. Decocker works.
