Description
5/27/25 - This is a beautiful example of a Colt Officers Model Match revolver, manufactured in 1953 and chambered in .38 Special. According the to the included framed Colt factory letter, it was shipped to Huber & Company in Wilmington, Delaware on September 8, 1953. The gun is all matching and has retained nearly all of its original high polish bluing - just the slightest hint of muzzle wear and a very light roll mark on the cylinder. Fitted with excellent checkered wood grips. Like-new bore. The cylinder is tight, and the action is smooth. It comes with a period-correct box, matching-numbered test target, and a leather ammo sleeve with 12 rounds of ammo. The box is not numbered, and the lid has torn and is no longer attached to the bottom.Specifications
