5/15/25 - This is a minty example of a Colt Model 1911A1 manufactured in 1944. It is all-correct, has the proper "United States Property" marking, and the proper US military cross-canon cartouche. This one, however, has British proofs throughout, indicating it was part of the WW2 British Lend-Lease Program. It has retained about 97% of its parkerized finish with just hints of high edge wear. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips and comes with a period-correct "R" marked magazine. Minty bore.
