Description

1/27/25 - This is an excellent example of an Erfurt Ortgies semi auto pistol, manufactured in the 1920's and chambered in 7.65mm and properly "Crown N" proofed. The additional safety on this pistol, must have been lost at some point and a plastic, non-functioning facsimile is in its place. This does not mean that this pistol is unsafe, these additional safeties were extras that were often requested by law enforcement agencies. The standard Ortgies grip safety and release are still fully functional and properly working. It has retained about 95-96% of its original finish with minor high edge and muzzle wear. Fitted with period-correct wood grips and comes with a factory satin-nickeled magazine. Excellent bore.
