SOLD - Inland M1 Carbine (734923 - 28829 - AB)

1/23/25 - This is a nice example of a shooter grade Inland M1 Carbine from 1943. Inland barrel dated 5-43. The stock is in good condition but there are some cracks in the stock. There is a small crack in the top of the wrist that measures .5 inch in length, then two others of about an inch in length near the rear of the trigger guard. The last is at the front of the magazine well and is about 2 inches in length. The bottom of the grip does have some lightly scratched in initials. The butt plate on this rifle has a crack in the top of the metal, but is still structurally sound. Adjustable rear sight and bayonet lug added, likely for the Korean War. Comes with a 15-rd magazine. The finish rates about 90%, there is light spotty oxidation throughout. The bore on this rifle is in good condition rating a 7.5/10, the bore is shiny. As a shooter grade rifle, this rifle may have parts that were manufactured by other contractors, however the receiver and barrel are Inland.
