Description

7/16/25 -This Mauser K98 was originally manufactured for the German Military by Mauser in 1943, indicated by the byf and 43 stamped on top the receiver. It was captured by the Soviet Union during or after World War II, and subsequently refurbished in Soviet arsenals. German proof stamps are visible throughout, as well as the "X" on the receiver. Serial numbers were etched into the top of the bolt. Wood stock is in great shape and is numbers matching to the receiver. Bore is good with minor pitting near the muzzle and rates a 5 of 10. Functions normally with smooth action.
