10/15/25 - Original and good condition, Smith & Wesson Model 10-5, chambered in .38 SP. Manufactured in 1969, this pistol is "US" stamped on the backstrap, indicating that the revolver was a military-issue firearm. There is also a small import mark just in front of the trigger guard along with a Police unit number meaning it was sent overseas for use by a military, police force, or foreign government, then imported back to the US. So, this pistol has some history in the US as well as overseas. This finish shows honest use wear and rates 75 - 80%. The 4" barrel has a clean bore and rates a 9 of 10. Great lock up and timing. The original grips show some wear but they are solid.
