Description
3/11/26 - This is a nice example of an AC 41 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1941. This is a first variation example, characterized by by the "ac" marking on the web of the trigger guard. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout, even on the small parts. The grips are waffen-proofed but not serialized. Comes with a numbered but mismatched "Eagle 359" marked Walther magazine (#2545b). The gun's high polish bluing rates about 92%. There is general high edge wear, some light spotty wear along both sides of the slide, and a small spot of wear on the left side of the slide. The bore has really good rifling, but there is light freckling throughout. De-cocker is functional.
