Description
3/5/26 - This is a very nice example of an AC 41 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1941. This is a first variation example, characterized by by the "ac" marking on the web of the trigger guard. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout, even on the small parts. The grips are waffen-proofed but not serialized. Comes with an un-numbered "Eagle 359" marked Walther magazine. The gun's high polish bluing rates about 97% with minor high edge and muzzle wear. While there is very little actual finish loss, there is an area of very light pin-pricking at the front left of the slide and some very light surface scratches here and there. The bore has strong rifling, but there is some freckling in the grooves.
