Description
4/24/26 - This is a nice example of a Mauser P.38 put together by the French using leftover Nazi parts immediately after WW2. The gun is all matching, has a French star on the right side of the slide, has "Waffen 135" Nazi military acceptance proofs on the slide and barrel, and has a "byf 44" marking on the slide. Fitted with desirable French metal "gray ghost" grips and comes with a WW2-era jvd magazine. The entire gun has a phosphate finish. And while there is not much actual finish loss, there is spotty oxidation on the slide and barrel. Very nice bore with great rifling. De-cocker is functional. Import mark on the underside of the slide.
