Description
5/28/26 - This is a minty example of a 3rd Generation Colt Model 1861 General Custer Signature Series Revolver, chambered in .36 Caliber. This gun is black powder only, so no FFL is required. It has a shiny blue finish and is covered in a detailed and intricate floral engraving pattern. The "Sam Colt" signature is on the back strap. Fitted with mint wood grips - the left has an American Eagle engraving, the right is checkered. The gun comes with its matching-numbered outer box, inner box, and owners manual. It also comes with a set of accessories that includes a powder horn, bullet mold, nipple tool, and tin of percussion caps. The accessories also come with their original outer and inner boxes. The gun shows almost no signs of wear except for some very light surface scratching on the left side of the barrel. The bore shows great rifling, but there are some areas of minor surface rust (likely from storage, not from use). Fully functional.
