Description
9/16/26 - This is an Argentine Model 1927 made by DGFM, also known as a "Sistema." These are 1911s made under contract in Argentina. This pistol is stamped "CFS" on the right side of the frame and was issued to the security for the Federal Council of Argentina (Consejo Federal de Seguridad). It is all matching with no import marks. It has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its dull finish. The majority of the finish loss comes in the form of thinning on the grip straps, but there is also general high edge wear, and noticeable pin-pricking on the right side of the slide. Fitted with reddish-brown rubber grips and comes with one un-marked magazine. The rifling in the bore is a bit worn with pitting in the grooves.
