Description

7/7/23 - This is an original Army-issued Colt M1911 from early in 1918. All original finish and parts with proper disconnected 'P H' barrel. The pistol shows obvious finish loss throughout, most notably on the front strap and mainspring housing. Excellent, shiny bore. Nice, original wood grips with no cracks or chips. Smooth mechanical function. Proper two-tone magazine. Comes with canvas belt that has a faded inkstamp, and a 1918-dated Boyt holster that is also marked 'J.C.Y.'
