Description

8/13/24 - This is an original, rare Type 1 artillery Luger snail drum, complete with an original speed loading tool and dust covers. The two-piece dust cover is maker stamped on the top with the "soccer ball" logo, which is for AEG. The black painted finish is excellent on the upper piece, but mostly worn on the lower piece of the dust cover. The snail drum has patina throughout and light finish loss on the edges, but good bluing overall. The speed loader is excellent with some light finish loss but most of the finish in tact. Only the loading tool is made by Bing and maker stamped "B/N". The magazine has a strong fully functional spring and is all matching. The loading device functions properly as well.
