Description
9/26/25 - The Astra A-70 is a compact, all-steel, single-action semi-automatic pistol manufactured in Spain by Astra-Unceta in the early 1990s and intended as a concealable yet full-power option for shooters who wanted more firepower than pocket pistols. Chambered primarily in 9×19mm Parabellum (and also offered in .40 S&W), it carries 8 rounds in 9mm (7 in .40) and uses a roughly 3.5-inch barrel, yielding a well-balanced feel for its size. Controls follow a familiar 1911-style layout (frame thumb safety and a crisp single-action trigger), the sights are fixed/3-dot combat style, and the design includes multiple safeties (manual thumb safety plus internal firing-pin/hammer safeties), making the A-70 a straightforward, reliable compact service/concealment pistol that’s appreciated by shooters for its solid trigger and handling. This one is in near-mint condition with very little sign of wear. Fitted with black plastic grips and comes with one magazine. Minty bore. Very smooth action.
