SOLD - Black Widow Luger Rig - byf 41

6/16/20 - This a byf 41 Nazi Mauser "Black Widow" Luger rig. Black widow Lugers are characterized by their sinister black look - black bakelite grips and magazines with black baketlite bottoms in a black holster. This gun is in excellent condition. It has retained about 96% of its original bluing. There is minor wear on the side plate, the muzzle, and a small spot on the front strap. The gun is all matching. The grip panels are original. The right panel is excellent, but the left panel has some scuff marks here and there. The rig comes with two period-correct black widow magazines, a proper "Eagle 655" tool, and a black 1941 luger holster. The holster is in nice condition. The leather is soft but there are surface cracks and light scratches throughout. The holster is marked "bdq 41" and has a very light, almost non-visible waffenamt. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling.
