Description
5/8/26 - This is an original 'byf 42' Mauser P.08 Luger variation often referred to as a "Black Widow" due to its black bakelite grips and black-based magazine. This Luger has retained roughly 90% of its original finish, with most wear existing as high-edge and muzzle wear. There is also some light thinning on the front strap, with some minor oxidation. There are also 3 small spots of finish loss under the tang, and a few dings on the back ear of the receiver. This Mauser is fitted with original black widow-style grip panels with no chips or cracks, but does show some handling wear on the face of each grip plate. The bore on this P.08 has strong rifling, but does show some areas of frosting within the edges of the channels of the barrel. Comes with a period-correct 'fxo' marked magazine with black widow-style black baseplate.
