Description
4/12/21 - This is a very nice example of a Smith and Wesson Model 1 Revolver, chambered in .22S and manufactured in the late 1870's or early 1880's. The gun comes with a nice wooden presentation case, an original oiler can, an original box of ammo, and an original cleaning rod. The box is lined with nice floral velvet. It looks period-correct but can't say for sure. The gun has retained the majority of its nickel-plated finish, but there is spotty wear and oxidation on the cylinder, cylinder pin, top of the barrel, and left side of the receiver. Some dulling here and there. Comes with excellent dark walnut grips. The bore is shiny with strong rifling and some spotty freckling here and there.Specifications
