7/31/26 - Approximately 25,000 Model 1917s were made for the Brazilian government, each stamped with the Brazilian crest on the sideplate and the date "1937." The large shipment of 1938 primarily included revolvers within the serial number range 181983 to 207043, while a 1946 shipment covered serial numbers from 207196 to 207989. This one has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its dull military finish. While there isn't a ton of actual finish loss, there is minor pitting on most of the gun. Fitted with excellent smooth wood grips. The bore is like-new.
