Description
8/28/26 - This is a set of two antique Victorian Era British Over-Under Double Barrel percussion pistols, featuring a unique "Turn-Over" style swivel breech and folding trigger design. Manufactured by Holmes in Liverpool. The barrels measure about 2.5 inches, and the overall length is about 6.25 inches. The bores measure about 10.5mm or .41 inches. Very nice checkered wood grips with floral engravings around the action. Overall, the guns are in nice condition for their age. The wood furniture shows no major damage - just minor bruising and rounding. The name plate on the back strap of one of the pistols is missing. One of the pistols shows some noticeable pitting on the barrels with some light rust around the hammer. That pistol is also not functional. The other seems to function fine. The bores show obvious surface oxidation and rust. No FFL required.
