03/05/2024 - For sale is a nice M91/59 Mosin Nagant modified by Bulgaria after WW2. Bulgaria would receive and cut down Soviet 91/30 rifles into handier carbines. The rear sight is still the original 91/30 rear sight and not carbine sights with the 1100 to 2000m milled away. The carbine is in great condition with minimal finish loss. The refurb finish is clean with no loss or rust/pitting. The stock is clean with no major damage but it feels like boiled linseed had been applied which is not correct for a Mosin Nagant. The carbine is all matching. The bore is slightly bright but is full of carbon fouling and could use a good cleaning. The rifling is well-defined and in good condition. The carbine comes with a Soviet Mosin sling.
