Description

11/18/21 - This is an original Colt 1911A1 that was made in 1942 for the U.S. Army. The original parkerized finish rates at about 94-95% with some oxidation on the front strap, and a edge wear on the slide and front of the frame. Proper WB inspection mark on frame, and 'P' proofs on slide and frame. Slide is matching serial number to the frame. The barrel is a Colt original with small 'F' under the lug. Excellent, original grips. 'S' marked magazine. Excellent, shiny bore.
