8/3/22 - This is a Colt Government Model MK IV Series 70 from 1973. The pistol has a mint bore and hardly any bluing loss, which would seem to indicate it's been used and handled very little. But this pistol was not stored correctly as there are several patches of minor surface rust and pitting from moisture exposure. Minty Colt wood grips. Original mag marked COLT .45 AUTO on the base.
