Description

9/4/25 - This is a nice example of a Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver from 1863. It is completely matching (including the barrel wedge), has a 4" barrel, and is chambered in .31 Caliber. There is a stagecoach robbery scene on the cylinder (about 70% visibility). Overall, it is in fair condition for its age, but the finish is almost entirely worn with honest spotty oxidation throughout. Fitted with period-correct wood grips - very nice condition with just a few tiny bruises. The bore is nice for its age - good rifling with some light surface oxidation. Fully functional. No FFL required.
