Description
12/16/25 - This is a nice example of a Colt Model 1860 Army revolver, manufactured in 1862 and chambered in .44 Caliber. It is completely matching down to the barrel wedge. The gun has an old re-blued finish, and there is some faint case-coloring on both sides of the frame. There are areas of minor discoloration throughout, but the most obvious sign of wear is areas of noticeable pitting under the finish here and there. This is most obvious on the cylinder and along the right side of the barrel. Fitted with period-correct wood grips. There are obvious cutouts visible on the bottom edges and a faint but visible cartouche on the right side. The bore has pretty good rifling for its age, but there is spotty oxidation and minor pitting throughout. Fully functional. No FFL required.
