4/2/26 - This is a very nice Colt Model 1911A1 issued to the US military in 1944. It is "United States Property" marked, has the proper "GHD" inspection initials, and has a military cross-canon cartouche. It has a correct Colt 45 Auto barrel. The gun has retained about 92% of its original parkerized finish. The wear is concentrated mostly around the high edges and around the muzzle. Fitted with period-correct reddish-brown plastic grips and comes with one magazine. Minty bore.
