Description
2/27/26 - This is a Colt Model 1911 put together using a Colt 1911 frame (1919 Mfg), a scarce WW2-era Union Switch & Signal slide, and a WW2-era Colt barrel with a "G" under the lug. It is fitted with WW2-era reddish plastic grips and comes with an un-marked magazine. The gun has retained roughly 65% of its finish with areas of thinning throughout, some brown patina on the grip straps, and spotty discoloration along the left side of the slide. The bore has decent rifling, but there is pitting and spotty surface oxidation throughout.
