9/26/25 - This is a nice Colt Model 1909 revolver issued to the US Army in 1911. All matching with the proper early Colt "surfboard" logo and "United States Property" marking. "RAC" military markings throughout. It is has retained roughly 85% of its original high polish bluing. There is honest wear throughout, concentrated mostly along the barrel and on the grip straps. Light surface scratches and marks throughout. The small parts have a beautiful fire bluing. Nice period-correct wood grips with only minor bruising. Mint bore.
