3/5/26 - This is a very nice example of a Mauser C96 sold in the commercial market between 1911-15. It is all matching and "Double Crown U" proofed. It comes as a rig with a period-correct tan leather shoulder holster (with shoulder strap) and two stripper clips full of ammo. The gun has retained about 90% of its original bluing with general high edge wear, muzzle wear, some very light brown patina on the grip straps, some minor spotty wear and freckling along the underside of the barrel, and some tiny handling marks here and there. Fitted with excellent matching-numbered wood grips. The bore has decent rifling, but there is noticeable pitting throughout.
