9/17/20 - This is a very nice example of a commercial Walther PP pistol made for the commercial market in 1938. The gun is all matching, has "Crown N" proofs, and comes with a period-correct black finger extension magazine. This pistol has retained about 92% of its original bluing. There are areas of spotty wear and freckling around the muzzle and along the sides of the slide. Small spots of similar wear at the back of the slide and on the underside of the trigger guard. There is minor freckling and tiny scratches on the straps. There is a spot of wear at the base of the back strap. The bore is shiny with very good rifling. The gun is fully functional. Comes with excellent period-correct grips.
