6/16/26 - This is an outstanding, complete cased set featuring a 3rd Generation Colt 1860 Army revolver. Chambered in .44 caliber, this matching-numbers example (serial number 214472) was manufactured sometime between 1994-2000. The barrel features the correct factory address, and the cylinder displays a crisp roll-engraved Naval battle scene. The revolver retains virtually all of its original factory finish. The deep, high-polish bluing on the barrel and cylinder remains beautifully preserved, showing only trace handling marks and a very faint, partial turn line on the cylinder. The frame, hammer, and articulated loading lever showcase vivid, undisturbed case colors that contrast gorgeously with the polished brass trigger guard and backstrap. Mint bore. It is fitted with an exceptional one-piece walnut grip displaying smooth contours with no chips, cracks, or handling stress. The inclusion of its complete suite of factory accessories and presentation materials elevates this package. Featuring a velvet-lined display case, alongside a traditional Colt-branded powder flask, a dual-cavity bullet mold, a nipple wrench/screwdriver, and a period-style cap tin. Crucially, the set also includes the separate, original factory box specifically housing these accessories, making this an exceptionally complete package, nearly impossible to upgrade.
