4/20/26- For sale is a very nice "Deutschland Erwacht" photo book. These photo books were printed by cigarette card manufacturers and served as a form of collectible propaganda in the very early years of the Nazi regime. The title of this book translates to "Germany Awakens!" and catalogs the history and rise of the Nazis. The book was printed in 1933 and is in the 101,000 to 200,000 printing range. The book has 150 pages and several hundred photographs in both color and black and white. All pages have not been individually inspected but appear generally intact. The cover is canvas covered and has some light wear but no serious damage. Overall in excellent condition.
