10/30/26 - For sale is a pair of Carl Zeiss Dienstglas 10x50 binoculars with case. The binoculars have an excellent black enamel finish with some light finish loss. The center joint has the most finish loss. The lenses are clear, though there are some specks visible. The eyepiece cover is marked "Dienstglas 10x50" and "blc", the code for Carl Zeiss. Comes with a leather neck strap.
The case is in great condition with a dark finish. The stitching is in good condition, but the bottom stitching of the lid is missing. The surface has some wrinkles and light cracking. The front is stamped with the maker code and the date 1944. A solid, honest pair of wartime Zeiss 10x50 Dienstglas binoculars with their 1944 case.
