Description
9/16/26 - This is a very nice example of a "double dated" 1921 DWM Luger with a "1920" government property marking on the receiver, indicating it remained in government service after WW1. This one was reworked by and issued to the German police force, likely during the Weimar era. There are Weimar-era proofs and an added police sear safety. It also comes with a matching police arsenal-numbered magazine. We believe the gun has an arsenal reapplied finish that rates about 97%. There is very minor high edge wear, muzzle wear, areas of light pin-pricking under the bluing throughout, and a few more noticeable pits on the front strap. Fitted with un-numbered wood grips. The bore has good rifling with just light frosting throughout.
