Description
3/31/26 - This is a 1944 Dual Tone P.38 with a blued barrel and a phosphate finish on the slide and frame. All matching with the proper "Waffen 135" military acceptance proofs. This one has retained about 96% of its original finish. While there is not much actual finish loss, there is spotty discoloration/oxidation on much of the gun - this is typical for these phosphate finishes. Fitted with correct black plastic Mauser grips - some scratches on both sides. Comes with a scarce late-war "U" marked Mauser magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling. De-cocker is functional.
