10/28/24 - For sale is an FN Mauser Model 30 carbine made for the Dutch East Indies Indische Ondernemersbond (IOB). The carbine had been rebarreled to 7.62x51 NATO. There was a caliber conversion program that was done to police carbines but we are unsure if this was done by an arsenal or after the fact. This carbine is in nice condition overall. The bluing on the metal has been stripped and the metal was buffed. The stock has also been sanded. The bolt assembly has some pitting mainly on the cocking sleeve and striker. The bore is bright with great rifling but the grooves are slightly dark towards the muzzle. The bolt is mismatched and the serial number on the stock is no longer legible.
