Description
9/22/26 - This is one of the approximately 5,000 Model 1906 DWM Lugers made for the Royal Portuguese Army. The Royal Portuguese Crest of Manuel II is present on top of the chamber. Chambered in .30 Luger. This one is all matching and has "triangle in circle" Portuguese markings throughout. It comes as a rig with a Portuguese holster (marked AE, lift strap missing), a mismatched WWI-era magazine, and punch tool. The gun has retained about 96% of its finish with general high edge and muzzle wear. While there isn't much actual finish loss, there is noticeable brown patina on the grip straps. There is some pitting on the frame under the grip panels. Fitted with un-numbered wood grips. The rifling in the bore is a bit worn with obvious pitting.
